		<description>Hi Rachel,

Well shoving it in is the term I use for making a commitment even though I have NO idea how I am going to do it.... I to suffer from lack of motivation especially after a whole day with children running around, cleaning etc... I am tired by the end of the day... but this is what I have been doing... I firstly enrol my partner in supporting me.... Then I schedule in a calender (a big white board one that everyone can see, husband, children visitors etc...) and I schedule exercise with my husband and with friends if possible.  Then I share with everyone I meet that i am doing this fitness challenge... which includes 6 days eating lean and green diet and one day off a week that i can do whatever I want....I also put up motivational quotes like.  &#039;Nothing tastes as good as fit feels&#039; etc... and I aint perfect... Some days I just don&#039;t want to and that is when my hubby&#039;s support kicks in or my childrens&#039;  or a friend asks me how I am going or a read one of my quotes...and i get back into action....

Another practise I take on is I complete the week and start a fresh the next week...</description>

		<description>What a great article - after all we are just people aren&#039;t we, with the same insecurities and worries, but sometimes you need a little reminder to remember what&#039;s important. My body will nevere be the same as it was before having children, but I just tell my husband that it means there is even more of me to love! Sometimes it&#039;s hard to see the positives instead of the faults, so thankyou for giving me a boost to remember which way round it should be!</description>
