Jodie Hedley-Ward is the best-selling author of You Sexy Mother, You Sexy Mother: The Journal and most recently, the YSM Body Bible. Jodie’s website (www.yousexymother.com.au) provides inspiration and support to mums around the world. One of my favourite quotes, which popped out at me during the writing of the YSM Body Bible, is this one from the model Twiggy: I was always insecure about my looks. I never, ever loved what I looked like. Now with the benefit of hindsight, I can see that I was different… What I have learned is that every woman has something special and unique.
