5 healthy foods to stretch your grocery budget further

  With food prices soaring, more parents like me are wondering how to get the best bang for their buck. I've found the following five nutrient-dense foods to be a good deal.   1. OK, so we all know that I enjoy listening to podcasts of radio shows from Hay House Radio. Cheryl Richardson, Doreen Virtue, Sonia Choquette, Denise Linn and Dr Wayne Dyer being my favourites. Recently Debbie Ford has returned to Hay House Radio with her show Shadow Talk, and I have to say that I am captivated. Turning your intentions into outcomes!

Are you nailing it with turning your intentions into outcomes? A woman in a workshop I was facilitating last week, shared with the rest of the group how she’s achieved some remarkable milestones with her goals this year … including outstanding progress with her training for running a marathon.
